4D Virtual Builder is a powerful graphical application developed especially for real planners. It allows 4D visualisation for SketchUp, being a must have tool for early design phases, when projects and building programs are being defined, it allows you to generate Sketchup scenes per time-interval, automatic PowerPoint creation and 4D animations exports.
The application offers dynamic linking with 3 major planning tools and a combined view of multiple schedules, making part of the powerful site-2-bim and bim-2-site Trimble solutions.
Being suited for site management, city planning as well as in house moving, it offers fast report generation and powerful engine based on BIM objects.
All 4D and planning activities will be steered from the central Gantt chart component.
