Catalog-IT is a software program that helps you to speed up searching any item on your computer.
The graphic interface of the application might seem a little disconcerting at the beginning, so you need to take the time and discover the function of each menu and button. You can start by creating a new catalog and assigning it a name, then you can add as many categories you need - you will also be able to customize the field names and titles according to your preferences.
An innovative aspect of Catalog-IT is that you can associate catalogs and categories with custom images, so that they not only look prettier, but they can also be easier to identify, once you have a large database of collections.
When it comes to adding records, you need to select the category, then specify the item type you want to catalog: videos, songs, documents or Internet links, so you can add basically any resource you can think of. In order to make sure that no curious people can analyze or modify your catalogs, you can protect them with a password of your choosing - once you set it, Catalog-IT will request it whenever someone tries to access your inventories.
