Check In/Out Organizer Pro for Windows. Track items that you check in and out in large quantities. This package contains databases with the minimum number of data fields. You can use the solution in the form provided (simple form) or you can easily customize it (add data fields). Track circulating inventory manually or with bar code numbers and bar code scanners. Automate check in and check out of tools, equipment, books, .. The software database system includes easy to use databases: Items database allows you to maintain information about items that will be rented and register check-out and check-in transaction. Borrowers database: allows you to maintain information about users of your facility. Loans, Quantity database is created automatically and this database keeps track of all quantity transactions: initial quantity, add quantity, subtract quantity. Fines database automatically records fine related transactions: late return fine, fine payment.
