cnvHiTSeq is a lightweight and easy to use application designed to provide you with a set of tools for processing BAM files and detecting CNVs.
cnvHiTSeq includes a BAM filtering tool, a BAM converter, an application to perform LOESS smoothing operations and more. It can consolidate the normalized libraries, split BAM files into individual sequencing libraries and process SAM files.
