Color Portfolio for Windows 8 allows you to create a list of colors by using hex color codes. The program is suitable for the web developers that need to create the color scheme for their website.
You can add a new color by clicking the plus sign from the top right side which also enables you to switch the background color. The color code can be adjusted by double clicking the color tile.
