CryptSync is a handy and reliable application designed to synchronize two folders, while encrypting the contents in one of them.
The encryption is performed always on the older folder, meaning that the newer one contains unencrypted files. This is especially useful when working with applications such as SkyDrive, Google Drive or DropBox.
