DELNEXT is an easy to use command line application that will schedule a file to be deleted during the next reboot. This is useful for deleting files that are currently in use (and therefore locked).

DELNEXT [/nologo] [/now] filespec



Where filespec specifies the file(s) to be deleted during the next reboot.
