Eye Manager is a handy must have application developed to help you ease your eyes when using computer. It protects your eyes from blue light by applying a special hue filter to your screen, that changes throughout the day and it also applies a dim filter to your screen, or even actually change your screen's backlight intensity.
You can select the hue intensity that balances the relief from blue light according to your personal needs and select a personal value for black intensity, to help you concentrate.
