FSM Editor is a lightweight application built in Java that allows you to edit SCXML state machines.
Using the JGraphX library, this application enables you to view and edit SCXML networks and can export the project as mxGraph Editor files (MXE), HTML or image formats. It comes with an execution listening tool and auto-layout capabilities.
