GeoS is a handy application that is meant to be used in medical research (not in clinical procedures or diagnostic), in the analysis and tracing of regions that are part of three-dimensional scans.



Thus, with the help of GeoS , Magnetic Resonance as well as Computed Tomography scans can be analyzed in a more facile manner. The program delimits selected areas of the loaded scan and the segmentation can then be saved.
