Hardrive Icon Changer is an easy to use application that will allow you to tweak the default icons for the drives listed Windows / File Explorer.
All you have to do is select the target drive, pick an icon from a location on your PC and press 'Apply' to make the change effective. Hardrive Icon Changer also has a preview pane that helps you see how the new icon will look like.
