HHsim Hodgkin-Huxley Simulator is a useful tool for the users that want to generate a visual representation of o excitable neuronal membrane. As the name clearly states, it uses the Hodgkin-Huxley equations in order to predict the results of the simulation.
You can edit multiple parameters of the simulation including the membrane, stimulus and ion concentrations. The results of the simulation can be saved as a text file or printed to an image.
Note: In order to run the application you need to restart the computer after installing the MATLAB Runtime Component.
