Mosrille Galaxy Grand Talking Clock is a lightweight application that tells you the time. You can put it on your Taskbar or anywhere you like. It remains on the top of every applications. When you run the application , you can drag it anywhere you like. When you quit it , you'll listen Bye Bye. R-Click (Right Click) on the phone and click Speak the Time and it will tell you the time. The only bug is that you can't move the phone while it is telling you the time.
