Photo Sketch for Windows 8 is a simple application that was especially created in order to provide you with a simple means of turning pictures taken with your digital camera or downloaded from the web into sketch drawings.
All you have to do is make sure the target image is placed in your Pictures folder so that Photo Sketch for Windows 8 can discover it and make it available for processing. A neat feature of this tool is the ability to undo the changes it makes to the original photo.
