Keeping track of everything that needs to be done is important if you want to look professional. Portable UK's Kalender is a program that was designed to help you manage all the incoming events.



The app has a simple interface that should be easy to figure out, thanks to the intuitive layout.



The calendar may be viewed in different ways. Thus, you can check the events of the week, fortnight, month or year. It is also possible to move to the next and previous periods.



Events may be created on any day. The form enables you to include a description and some personal notes. You may also hide it from display, choose an icon and color the text and field. The starting and ending date may be added, as well as a reminder that can ring in advance.



You can also create a recurrence pattern for all events by choosing an interval and defining various conditions. Actions may be assigned to each entry and the program can open documents or launch apps.



The app includes a to-do list that you may fill up with every task that needs to be completed. Each item may be assigned a priority from one through ten and deadline. As you complete steps from the task, you can specify how much of it is complete by moving a slider.
