As its name suggests, Ralpha Image Resizer is a handy application that you can use to batch resize photos using different algorithms.
It provides multiple filters, including UnsharpMask, ToneCurve, ColorAdjust, Composite, AddText and more. Multiple file formats are supported, such as JPEG, TIFF, PNG, BMP, GIF, ICO, JPEG XR for input and JPEG, PNG, BMP for output.
