rphMPFE Portable was built as a user-friendly, easy-to-use and accessible front-end for MPlayer.
rphMPFE Portable is a handy tool that allows you to play audio, video, DVDs(.vob), VCDs files(.mpg, .dat) etc.
The software also comes with support for network streaming. rphMPFE Portable supports subtitles, and the decoding is done with the help of the ass library. It can play any media formats without any external codecs.
