SharedSafe is an advanced utility designed to turn email accounts into online file storage. With SharedSafe you can share and synchronize any number of local folders across multiple computers. SharedSafe uses an encrypted file system to store your files in Email accounts.



The keys for this encryption will not be known to the provider of the Email account and they will not be known to the makers of SharedSafe. Server based file sharing which is truly confidential. There is no sign up involved. Once you have created a set of linked folders - possibly on a number of different computers - you rarely need to interact with SharedSafe again. Whenever you add some files to a linked folder the SharedSafe synchronizes them in the background to all other linked folders regardless on which computer.
