six 6-frame translation tool for converting DNA and RNA sequences into protein. Select text containing a sequence, then click the six icon and choose which reading frame to translate in. The extension allows you to view the DNA sequence as protein data in a popup window.
You just need to select the DNA sequence from the page and click the address bar button. The add-on uses colors to mark the amino-acids according to their chemical properties.
