SmartUtils Easy Password Portable enables you to easily generate random and secure passwords. The advantage is that you only need to remember the master password.
The user inputs a website URL, an optional login username and the program generates a password using powerful cryptographic algorithms.
Furthermore, this is a portable version that you can run from a removable drive, so it will not affect your registry in any way.
