Work in your calendar as you normally would, but select one, two or three extra properties from dropdown to each appointment and send the appointment information directly from the Outlook calendar into an MS Access or SQL database. Expenses can be added to the appointment and reported with the time. Export to Excel datasheet. Statistics Excel reports facilitates business intelligence.
