Vietnamese Unicode text editor has built-in Vietnamese keyboard. You can use it to write Vietnamese text, and email. VietNote only works with Windows XP, and because VietNote has a built-in Vietnamese keyboard thereby you need to exit other Vietnamese keyboard so it can work properly. If you want to send e-mail by Vietnamese characters, first you write a Vietnamese text in VietNote, then copy and paste it to either email system of Yahoo or Hotmail. The receivers need to have Vietnamese Unicode fonts installed in their system to view it. Generally, in order to view a language in Unicode, you need to activate it.
